  • "I've been seeing Katrina for over 2 years since I lost my 29-year old sister to cancer. As a spiritual person, navigating grief can be especially complicated and Katrina has been a godsend. From deep existential anxieties to surface-level work frustrations -- from crisis to celebration -- Katrina has helped me stay balanced and gain perspective. She genuinely cares about my wellbeing and is flexible in a way that is such a relief in a healthcare system that can often be rigid and impersonal. I could not recommend Katrina more highly."

  • "I am so grateful to have worked with Katrina. She had just the right background, tools, experience, and perspective to help me better see and know myself in my moment of need. I look forward to working with her well into the future! I highly recommend her to anyone seeking insight and guidance from a more enlightened perspective. Thank you, Katrina!"

  • "Thank you, Katrina, for the amazing work you have done for me. After going through your process, I feel like I have a new lease on life. My depression, anxiety, and OCD are nearly gone. This allowed me to open a new chapter, and I wouldn’t be able to do it without the guidance and support you provided."

  • "I am very grateful for Dr. Katrina, she really takes in your perspectives and helps to meld and piece together what will help you in the long run. I have been with her for about two years so far, and I feel very safe with her, which has helped with my therapy process. She take a holistic approach to things and I feel like it helps to deep root what is affecting our lives, whether it is detrimental or beneficial. Truly grateful."

  • “I took a second journey alone while in a foreign country. It was a "bad trip," and I wanted to reach out to Katrina afterward. Despite the time difference, Katrina made herself available to me and was supportive and helpful in discussing this journey. Her perspective on the trip was very helpful. She also had good suggestions as to how to best integrate this troubling experience. She encouraged me to reach out to her for any further support, and I have done just that. My husband and I recommend Katrina without any hesitation."

  • "Katrina was very open and accepting. I felt like she genuinely listened and cared about making my therapeutic experience authentic to who I am, my beliefs, and values. I felt safe to open up."

  • "Katrina is truly gifted at what she does. She has a passion for helping people and guiding them towards being their truest self. I have been seeing Katrina every week for the past 2 years and I can confidently say I am a different person than I was when I started with her. If you're fortunate enough to come across her profile here, give her a chance to change your life."
